Abstract. The excellent performance of duplex and super stainless steels due to their high corrosion resistance mechanical strength is directly related austeno-ferritic microstructure. However, these may suffer the formation secondary brittle phases when they reach temperatures between 600°C 950°C causing catastrophic service failure components. In order understand influence history steel, equal channel angular pressing was applied on UNS S32750 bar samples. ECAP processed by using a hydraulic press (DE-80). Microstructural characterization carried out severe plastic deformed samples means OM, SEM EBSD. Ultimate tensile has improved with low decreasing elongation after first pass. process resulted produce faster precipitation if compared non-ECAP
